Class registration can be completed online or at the studio. A Permission Form(s) must be completed prior to the first day of class, event, and or camp. Should you register for class online a permission form can be mailed to you. Permission forms must be completed on a yearly basis. If a class has already started, please contact the studio and we will let you know if space is available (the studio will be happy to pro-rate the cost of the remaining classes). Please register your artist for classes according to the age group. If you have siblings close in age, please let us know so that your children can attend classes together.

Please check the calendar for registration, times and dates.

Hooray! There are no registration fees at Bees and Quotes!!!

Please give us a call, as soon as you know your artist will miss a class. We will be happy to schedule a make-up class for your Bee. Any class that is missed without notice is considered a “no show.” The class cannot be made up and no refund or credit will be given for the missed class. Should you need to withdraw after the first class, a prorated studio credit will be provided that may be used any time during the next 6 months. Give us a call or email us and we will reschedule your artist for an upcoming class.

Full payment is due no later than the first day of class. We encourage you to register and pay online using our website. Registering online allows your Artist to come into the Bee Hive and get busy creating. If you decide to pay at the Studio, drop in before the start date of the class, event, or camp. We accept cash and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard & Discover).

Our Calendar is available online and can tell you if slots are remaining for a class, event, or camp. In the event that a class is full, you can contact us by email and we can place your child on a waiting list. If more class times become available or more slots, we will notify you of the new class, to see if the class fits you and your artist schedule.

At Bees and Quotes, we prefer for all our Bees to be well, buzzing, and happy when coming to the studio to create. In consideration for others at the studio, please refrain from sending your child to the studio when they are not feeling well. We reserve the right to restrict admission or contact you to pick up your child, when, in our opinion that child is ill or risks the health or well-being of other children and staff. Contact us and we will be happy to schedule a make-up day for your artist when they are feeling better so they can come in create their best creation ever!

Keeping all of our artist/your child safe is the most important thing to the staff at Bees and Quotes. We want all children to be in the safest environment possible when they create. Parents/Guardians are responsible for providing detailed information on all medical issues on our permission form(s). The form can be completed at the studio. All medical conditions (such as allergies, diabetes, language disabilities, etc.) as well as behavioral and/developmental conditions (such as ADHD, ADD, autism, etc.) must be included on our form.

We require all children who are prescribed an epi-pen, inhaler, or diabetic monitor, carry it with them at all times while on the premises. There are no exceptions for this policy. Parents/Guardians assume full responsibility for their child’s allergies and medical conditions. All employees and or volunteers are Adult and Pediatric First Aid and CPR Certified by the American Red Cross.

Art is amazingly fun and it can also be amazingly messy fun! We encourage parents to find one older outfit and deem it “The Bee Hive Palette Fit” for when your child(ren) comes to create. Worrying about keeping clothes and shoes clean is the last thing we want our Bees to worry about when they are creating. We always provide aprons for all our participants. And although all of our art supplies are washable, we know that sometimes art stains may be a little hard to remove or well maybe not come out at all! We have smocks for all our artist; however we cannot guarantee that our artist won’t have a great stain, spill or two. Most of our art supplies (paints) are washable, however sometimes we will use items such as permanent markers, stickers, paint, and glue that won’t allow for stains to come out. Old clothes, crocs, rubber shoes/boots or old tennis shoes are great and fun studio attire.

It is the sole responsibility of the Parent/Guardian to ensure that Bees and Quotes has current contact information for purposes of medical or non-medical emergencies. If there is a change in mailing address, telephone number, email address, medical information, authorized caregivers for pick up, and emergency contact information, the Parent/Guardian shall promptly notify us. All Parents/Guardians are required to complete the Bees and Quotes Permission Form upon initial registration, and include all relevant medical and contact information as it relates to your artist.

At Bees and Quotes, we strive to create the safest environment possible for our artist to create. Parents/Guardians are responsible for indicating all food allergies or other medical conditions of the child on the Permission Form, and promptly updating us if there are any changes in relation to your artist. ANY FOODS CONTAINING NUTS OR NUT INGREDIENTS OR MANUFACTURED IN A FACILITY THAT HANDLES NUTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. ALL SNACKS must be PREPACKAGED/PREWRAPPED. Artist are welcome to bring fresh fruit and veggies.

Children who are prescribed an epi-pen, inhaler, or diabetic monitor are required to carry it with them at all times while on the premises. Parents/Guardians assume full responsibility for their medical conditions to include child’s allergies. All parents must have an emergency contact on file for all children who participate in activities at Bees and Quotes. Permission forms are good for 1 year from the date signed.
