DRESS CODE:
We ask that campers wear weather appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes. Please dress your campers in older clothes for the ART STUDIO and CAMP. Our motto: Dress for Mess…Expect A Mess…and we really don’t know if that will come out! Many of our Summer Materials will NOT come out!

BE AWARE OF FOOD SAFETY:

At Bees and Quotes, we strive to create the safest environment possible for our artist to create. Parents/Guardians are responsible for indicating all food allergies or other medical conditions of the child on the Permission Form, and promptly updating us if there are any changes in relation to your artist. ANY FOODS CONTAINING NUTS OR NUT INGREDIENTS OR MANUFACTURED IN A FACILITY THAT HANDLES NUTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. ALL SNACKS must be PREPACKAGED/PREWRAPPED. Artist are welcome to bring fresh fruit and veggies.

Campers must bring a water bottle every day. Please ensure that your artist name is on the bottle.

Bee’s and Quotes requires a minimum registration of 3 artists for Half Day Camps and 3 artists for our Full Day Camps (School Is Out, Spring & Summer Camps). Should the minimum requirement not be met to hold camp, parents will be notified and a refund or credit to your account will be given.

Bees and Quotes exercises every precaution to minimize the risk of food-related allergic reactions during classes, camps, and snack time, including implementing, communicating, & enforcing our strict no-nut snack and strawberry policy; however, Bees and Quotes Art Studio does not in any way ensure that the risk of food-related allergic reactions are completely mitigated, nor does it assume liability for any food-related allergic reactions. Children who are prescribed an epi-pen, inhaler, or diabetic monitor are required to carry it with them at all times while on the premises. Parents/Guardians assume full responsibility for their medical conditions to include child’s allergies. All parents must have an emergency contact on file for all children who participate in activities at Bees and Quotes. Permission forms are good for 1 year from the date signed.

AGE:
Bee’s & Quotes Art Camp is a mixed media/mixed age camp for children ages 5 to 9 years old.

All camps are DROP OFF for a mixed age group from 5-9. Our mixed age group format works very well during the summer given the low student: teacher ratio. Artists are split into groups to work on age-appropriate projects.  Students might all work with the same materials (for example chalk pastels or paints) but the project and/or techniques are modified for age as needed to ensure that students are learning, being challenged and enjoying their project.

We may have more than one discount available for Summer Camps, Spring Break Camps, or Schools Out Camps.

Should discount codes be available, only one discount code per registration is accepted.
